we can't tell you much without pictures. If all the stigma on the buds are still white, you have atleast 3+ weeks left, but really its to early to tell unless its showing signs of maturity.
Plants don't flower by the calander, that 7 weeks is totally just a loose guideline and really should be ignored after the purchase of the seeds. It means that there was a phenotype that the breeder found that would finish that fast in THEIR test environment. In YOUR grow it will all be totally different and you shouldn't even worry about it.
You wholeheartedly want to wait till its properly done though. Harvesting early is one of the biggest mistakes new growers make because they get impatient. It reduces weight, density, terpenes, and overall quality to cut plants before they are actually finished and ripe.
