Harvest in 1 week? with pix!

Hey everybody,

So I'm still having a hard time seeing the difference between milky and clear, from some angles they look clear, and other angles they look milky. Here are some pics, I was planning on chopping this one in 7 days, what do you think? I'd say it has about 5% amber trichomes, it just seems like some parts of the plant are ready/almost ready, and other parts are seemingly just starting to bud. It's been 53 days. I have a couple other plants that aren't as far along as this one, so if I get the method down, I think I'll had a better idea with what to do with the others.

You need at least a 30x's jewellers loop, or better a pocket 100x's microscope to see them trichs good.

I harvest mostly amber.

Nice plant :bigjoint: they look a little clear still I agree with a jeweler loop but if you don't have one I'd say a week is a realistic time to chop there's some cloudy but mostly clear

thank you to both of you. ya I bought this magnifier because someone suggested it on here, but I wish it was a little stronger. I am getting anxious to smoke these beauties. They smell like grape pine needles and wonderfulness. I will remain patient.

At least 2 weeks out but it looks a little more than that. When your plant is ready at least 50 to 75% of the white pistils will have turned colors and the pistils will almost completely have receded into the bud. You need to look at your trichs under normal lighting and from the side not from the top. You might notice when using the loupe you need to concentrate on one area for a long time to notice the amber.

just ordered a 60x jeweler's loop, here on wednesday, so hopefully I can see a little better with that. The one I had was only 16x

Patience is the hardest part I find.
