I dont mind trimming because it does take time to do it right and its a good afternoon to do 6 the right way.

i would imagine he means that their patients/caregivers, i certainly dont expect the nordstrom type businesses to start up the trimming industry around here. its just gonna be the kids who have 'done it before' and have good business sense.
