Are these trichomes ready. I can’t tell bc the light refractions.
I see mostly clear on the sides where it’s easy to tell if it’s opaque but overt too cloudy maybe bc light. But I also see some amberDFBFF117-FA5F-4887-A7C4-3AB26E6DB814.jpeg

What does the overall plant look like? Is it still shooting out white pistils or have they all turned orange and started receding into the calyx's? The trichomes are not the holy grail of a ripe plant. Sometimes trichomes will start to amber weeks before a plant is done. I'm starting to see people harvesting just because they found some amber trichomes despite the plant not being done. I'm not saying that's the case with your plant but without seeing a picture of the entire plant a shot of a few amber trichomes is meaningless in determining whether the plant is ready or not. And as @CanadianJim stated, check the actual calyx's not the leaves.

I see 2 - 3 weeks until harvest.

Don't take this the wrong way but now that you can see all that fiber, fuzz, etc... on those buds. Take a pair of tweezers and pluck that shit off before you harvest those plants.

definitely give it a couple more weeks. Still a lot of green in your fan leaves and from what i can tell from the pics, you have some nice cloudy trichs going but still some clear ones and not much amber.
If you cut it now itll smoke, but if you want the full effect give it more time.
Most of us use a handheld scope you can plug into your phone/usb or a jewelers loupe. I have a cheap amazon one that hangs on the side of my tent that gets pretty good images. I cant seem to find any of them right now though lol.

Went to my boys office and used a real scope , can anyone tell me what’s at the center of these trichomes and these are considered opaque yeah?62008B83-577A-45D7-A555-12B9E82CDC5B.jpeg28930606-EA92-45AE-BEFC-091190247A6B.jpeg

Just by looking at the plant it's not ready regardless of the trichomes. The buds look like they're just getting into the swelling stage where they'll harden up. Give it more time. You'll be happy you did when you harvest.
