Looks smokable to me :P anyways, in the description it says "if harvested at the 7-8 week mark, the sweet refreshing taste is at its optimum" lord knows I like optimal refreshing taste

Just a little info regarding seedbank trickery. 7-8 weeks could mean from the start of 12-12 or it could mean the time from when flowers start to form (sometimes up to 2 weeks), also clones flower faster than mothers and seed banks would be the first group to use clone flowering time over seed flowering time. I'd give it some time, 5-7 days. Wait until more amber is forming, the plant should start molting its leaves (if grown organically). Or do the best trick ever. Try some of your weed before chop.

Grab a second shelf bud that is equally developed to a top shelf, but isn't as large, in case the plant needs more time.
Cut it off and trim to perfection.
Preheat oven to 260 degrees F
Cook for 12-15 minutes opening the oven half way through the cook time to let out steam.
Test it up. Pack your favorite sherlock and give it a whirl. It wont taste as defined, but if grown right it actually shouldn't taste bad.

Science time. THC Doesn't evaporate until it reaches 315 degrees F. That gives us a 55 degree bumper to avoid boiling off THC. Not bad.
And the test will allow you to determine exactly how long your phenotype needs. If it doesn't kick your ass when you test it, it needs more time.
Simple as that,

Pretty close, the pistils have browned and pulled back into the bud, though not completely. I'd say look at the trichs for a final decision.
