i have a feeling some one has been visiting my grow site, i tied up some fishing line in a few spots as a trip line. well i went back to my site and the trip lines were all triggered. should i harvest now???? the one plant has buds and they are cloudy not amber. but the other one is yet to start budding and its a female. i would rather get some nuggets instead of 0 nuggets.... the problem is i just flushed them with pure maple syrup (i dont have any molasses and i figured it was the next best thing....lots of sugars....) and i was going to wait another 7 or 10 days and let the plant die out from no water.

any suggestions? i wanna harvest the one but i dont want shitty buds! they are icey tho!
the one im harvesting is sour diesel....

Are you sure it's not animals tripping the lines? Did you actually see human "footprints"? If it were a person... don't you think they would have run off with your plants already?

or maybe there smart. they might come back abit later closer to harvest... tricky one.

if it was me, id set those traps again (try using a bear claw) and if they steal it then hey, u wouldnt of been able to smoke those buds anyway, so no win no loss really.

thats the hard decision. there is alot of deer around the area i planted at this year. the deer may have tripped the lines, or some person may have tripped the lines. my plants are still there... i just dont want to walk out to a plot of fuckin sticks!

if your growing in a swampy area, you should be able to tell if it was an animal or some kid, by the footprints in the mud. im guessing its a drier area though. dig a big hole and put some tigers in there, cover it with leaves an sticks...that should catch what ever is setting off the trip lines.

Hard to say bro i would look for signs of people. People tend to be more intrusive than animals braking branches and stuff more so and leaving footprints. How high are you lines set?

Noooo, a bear claw like one of these: ;)

It'll be so delicious they can't avoid taking it...

P.S. Using a bear trap would be a very bad idea. What if some little kid is running through there and gets her leg chopped off by it. Or even worse a COP steps in it. Then you are in a world of shit and will not see the outside of a prison for a very, very long time.

set up a scary scare crow, that would keep animals away and people. just make it really scary.
