if your tryin to rewet the bud you could take them and stick the stems in a little water so the stem absorb the water. dont directly wet the bud tho. this could take forever tho. i would put them all in a warm dark room with a bucket of water. get the humididty up by evaporating the water out of the bucket using one of thos cheap grills or something like that. use a large metal bucket for this. it might work. i would make sure the room was sealed pretty well tho.

if you have no building then the best thing i can tell you to to is maybe get some large sealable 50 gal tanks that can be opened too. build a screen type elevation from the bottom to keep the weed elevated from the bottom so you can put water in the bottom of the tank, then slowly heat the tank to kind of steam the mj.
im just throwing out ideas, i really have no idea what might work or what kind of situation your really in

no humidifier but internet, out in the wild.

If you want to rehumidify your weed, put it into an enclosed space (I.E away from the ambient humidity) and place something organic that has been freshly cut into the space. You'll have to use enough organic matter and be proportionate to the space used, but generally 1-2 freshly cut weed leafs (individual leafs, not whole fan leaves) per 3/4 filled quart jar is enough.
Don't leave it in there for a long time, mold can form. Generally leave it for like.. 2-3 hours, then check it, before putting it in for another 2-3 hours. It'll become substantially wetter than it would take the same amount of time for it to dry.

if i have something thats too dry, i'll take an unbleached paper towel and tear it into little balls and wet them - you want them damp, not sopping wet. throw a few in with your herb(about 3 or 4 per 1/4 lb, loosely packed) and give it a toss every couple of hours. do this for about half a day or so, and they'll be right back to normal. some people use lettuce or orange peels, etc, but i like the neutrality of the paper towel. orange is too strong, and lettuce rots quickly and stinks up your stash.
