Harvested it

This is pretty much just an update of my OO seed NL auto.

I actually chopped her down a week ago. I got a little over an oz wet and a little less dry but it is definitely great smoke.

Kinda citrusy and spicy at the same time.

My next grow is about a week in,

Royal queen NL auto and heavyweight fast & vast

That looked way not done.

It will do the trick, but it would've been stronger if he left it alone for 20 more days.

Well it was an auto, and by the trichomes it had another week left in it. I'll give it that. Not another 3 weeks.

For a first grow what is most important was; he LEARNED. It was good smoke for a first go around.

I'm proud of him and know he will get better with time and experience.

Early Harvest = More Cerebral, Late Harvest = More Body/Couch-Lock.... to each their own. Additionally, for those of you who own a Volcano - you can vape fresh bud and it's delicious. So, if you're out of bud, you can pick right off the plant and that could allow it to ripen up (if you grow organic your plant does not need to be in a state of FLUSH when you smoke from it)

or it might have next to 0 potency which woud be a shame for him. hopefully thats not the case this time, but it can happen.. late>early

I actually kinda like the high of premature bud, It's just the yield that makes me wait. I use to harvest early my first few grows, I hated myself for it. But it's all up to you when it comes down to it . Hope you enjoy the smoke

Any smoke that doesn't exacerbate my horrendous migraines, I consider a WIN. Early or not.

The first thing I said to my husband after I took a hit (or two) of that NL was "It hasn't given me a headache." That is HUGE in this household. I use MJ for pain control, not for recreation. So "minor" details like that in bud are really important to me.

Thank You for your opinions. Next time we will try and have more patience. Patience comes with experience. Are you telling me you've never pulled a cookie off of a sheet pan while it was a bit too hot? Or a fresh slice of bread out of the oven while it was still steaming? Those are two of the best experiences in the world.
