harvesting 1 weed before 75% hairs turn red

this is the best time to harvest if you are experienced enough to know when this is.

hairs are not an indicator of ripeness. i have some strains that have red hairs at day 28.

Low tolerance is your friend. Doesn't mean it's ripe.

Red hairs alone are not what you are looking for. They should appear to be receded into the bud, and the trichs shoul all be cloudy, not clear. If THEY start to turn red, harvest. That's when the thc begins to degrade

ya that sounds more accurate than what i was thinking

my plant is showing red hairs that are showing around up to 50%, still it isnt ready yet. I want it to be fatter abit more.
