Harvesting Hydro

Hey guys I was wondering if you could help me out. I am waiting for the best time to pick my buds and it seems like the top half of the plant is further along than the stuff down low. Should I pick the top first and let the bottom fill out? I am also trying to figure out if waiting another week is better in gerneral. I see a lot of white hairs but a lot of red

you need to wait about another 2 weeks from what it sound like. your buds will swell in a couple more weeks. some pics would be nice fro a true diagnostics. hope i helped PH2.
