Has Steven Harper made you proud of Canada?

Out of curiosity, has Steven Harper and his Conservative party done anything during their rule to make you proudly Canadian.

If so, what would it be?

There are less Canadians traveling to the awesome places outside of Canada in recent years, which is probably a good thing. Those fuckers need to learn some Spanish.
