I think you nailed it op, underlying condition. As you said you had cigarette and alcohol use for years along with being slightly overweight. You can use your tingling symptoms to motivate a lifestyle change. Try your best to improve your diet. Removing refined carbs and eating fresh organic vegetables. Avoid saturated fat that does not contain any protein benefit (cream cheese, butter etc). Cardio exercise at home. Even cardio once a week will make a huge difference. If you are feeling very motivated, leg lunges and pull ups can be done at home and qualify as progressive resistance training. When you are fit you can get high go to clubs and you will fully enjoy it. Our health is all we have, good luck!

2 times aint enough to blame weed, actually i find it hard to believe that weed dont help the symptoms, but until its verified that MJ causes this, NO WAY, or youre the only guy ever to be diagnosed with a disorder from weed ON EARTH PERIOD!!!!!!
thanks einstein but there is plenty of posts with people saying the same things , this has happened to me twice

once when i ate it, once last night after a smoke, ive read a number of poeple saying the same thing since

some people think its somthing to do with oxygen or a b12 efficiency

thanks for the advice about sitting up

I would have to say this is probably more of an issue with bad circulation/o2 issues in the bloodstream/cells which is exacerbated by the carbon monoxide in the smoke. I have been a heavy smoker for 17 years now, cannabis and tobacco, and during periods of extra heavy smoking I get similar symptoms in my hands and feet. They feel cold, numb, and tingly. I cant get them warm or awake now matter how hard I try. But after a long time of getting the same symptoms, I noticed that the problem occurs more and is much worse when my hand or arms are elelvated above my heart- hence why I think it is more of a circulation/o2 issue in the body- made worse by lack of oxygen from smoking. Pretty simple really, if you dont like that feeling, you need to cut back and do more cardio.

Ok here's my story... I'm 48 and been smoking for 2 years 5 night a week before bed... Got a new strain of oil in screw cartridge...a Kingpen 710... Tried it out a couple times and it was good... Third time I Smoked it was last Saturday night about 11... Took a few hits more than usual.. Maybe 7 tops... After a half hour I noticed some leg numbness and tingle between knee and waist...I should also mention I shoveled snow that day and day before. Figured the tingle was from the high although I never got it before in the area... Fell sleep and woke up super numb and tingly from waist down to toes... So much so I couldn't walk... Figured it would loosen up but didn't and by 5 pm was still as bad..prob 80% numbness and tingly... Exactly like when your foot falls asleep...so I go to eat and I have to pee...put my food down and take a step toward bathroom and heard water hitting the floor...I was so numb I had no idea I was peeing myself. So that told me it's time for ER. Went and they immediately did an MRI to check for spinal compression.. Can back negative... They have me steroids...no change...I slept.. Woke up.. No change.. They did basic blood work..all normal.. BP fine.. No fever.. No pain.. Just almost totally numb from waist down including sphincter and penis although thank God I can still get hard... Now they are doing blood test for lyme... No change all that second day... Third day I wake up.. No change at all.. Still can't walk without a cane... They now just did MRIs with and without contrast from lower back all the way up to neck and I should get results in morning. Muscles in legs and for also feel super tight... I'm praying this is a pinched nerve from shoveling but it's just such a coincidence it started right after I smoked..I did tell them I smoked but they dismissed that as the reason so far...I mean could it be possible 6 inhales of a 510 screw oil could basically cripple me for 3 days straight going on four?? The longer this goes the scarier it's getting... Praying those MRIs come back tomm as a pinched nerve or disc and not something much worse or even if it is from the oil I'll just stop smoking that kind...(MS... Something viral attacking spine and they said they may give me a spinal tap if MRIs are clean...etc).....I'll keep you all up to date

Hi guys two plants on the go 2 o'z in a jar and then this happens, this is quoted form another site but it exactly whats happened to me

"hello, i have always consumed cannabis and deriveds, but lately i have had to diminish the frequency of this marvellous habit because of the next problem of which no one seems to know anything and i have not been able to find any info to solve it.

It has happened repeatedly for the past years but randomly. after smoking pot i feel the normal effects, but after a while it gets to a point in wich i start loosing sensibility in my hands, like if they were put to sleep. i feel a strange tingling, like pins and needles in my hands, that gets more intense when touching things. depending on what i touch the feeling gets stronger or softer (touching my skin or hair the sensation is very intense but touching plastic or glass it almost disappears). it is nothing pleasent. when i'm high all my attention goes to this problem almost obsessively. but the worst part is that this disagreeable sensation does not disappear with the marihuana effects, but it lasts even for several days, vanishing little by little.

Nobody, no doctors, no naturists seem to know where this problem comes from or how to solve it. i would appreciate any info about this problem or people to contact to find a solution."

anybody else get this? smoked last night and 15 hours later still feel this

sucks, and before anybody sais it ive been smoking a while and no its not in my head....

any help appreciated
I stiunted here: but if you could consider trying a hayfever tablet before a toke

nmot saying it works

I'm saying the hayfever tablet disconnects your feelings a little

don't do this alone

maybe see a doctor first

good luck

I just got home from the hospital and few hours ago..I have spinal stenosis... It's only between two discs though so a minimally invasive surgery can fix it if it doesn't go away with steroids in s week or so. Lol so guess what I'm doing...Trainwreck oil LOL... Stuck to three tokes though and my legs feel great now lol

you should probably read the effects of carpal tunnel

"Symptoms include aching, tingling, "pins and needles", a swollen feeling, burning, numbness or pain in the hand and fingers. Only fingers served by the median nerve - the thumb, the index and middle fingers, and part of the ring finger - are affected (see diagram below). Sometimes, the symptoms can spread up your arm."

every finger my legs etc, this is not carpal tunnel imo
it could be. my wife has severe carpel tunnel and it effects every finger and both hands.

Sorry for the 14 year's late reply. I hope this might help someone undergoing the same.
This exact thing is happening to me. My feet and legs are still numb after 20 days. I had two Rmi done, to see if there was brain or medullary damage ( all okay), and a blood test that showed I have low levels of b-12 vitamin. I read somewhere that weed can deplete vitamines and minerals......But the link is definitely not clear. To those who are experiencing this, stop smoking weed and get b-12 supplementation. I will not take up smoking again till I understand how weed can affect my body.

Good luck to you all!
