I can only really see that thing being used with a hydroponic setup. I don't really see how this would be of any benefit to a CFL grower... Either way it is a great find so +rep

Ooooo nice! I am planning on switching over to hydro soon and was wondering how to find a cheap solution for an interval timer. Looks like you may have found it for me! :eyesmoke:

Actually since cfl's are only 110 volts, a person could run thier whole cfl grow on this one timer. Four seperate timers and eight outlets two for each timer, one timer for your flowering lights, one for veg and one for clones and still have an extra one to use for say a vent fan that matches the light period or even a regulator for a co2 setup.

great find Noitall.+rep to ya.:joint::mrgreen:

the one pictured on the site is a digital one but the item listed is mechanical.
i have the mechanical one and use it to power lights for my snakes and toads.
i must say it is a great little power strip.
it has four outlets that run on the timer. two are on while two are off and then they flip flop.
it also has four outlets that are on all the time.
works great for switching between white lights and red heat lamps for cage critters.

You know that those 4 timed outlets are all set to the same time. They are not individualy timed. I wanted one until I found that out, but I still might get one
