Yeah you are absolutely correct

  • I think this is because discreet people never needed to sign up to the forums like myself, although I like the variety of the tude, it's not any good if the stealth shipping is shit, so to remedy it, how about a lot of negative reviews on the tude so they can either wake up or stop sending us bs that is just going to be confiscated by customs. For all I know these bastards have a 50 pound bag of reggie seeds and just intentionally allowing them to be confiscated.​

That is good to hear, but don't ask people who have not gotten everything from them to not voice there experience with them, after all this is a FORUM titled SEED BANK REVIEW no?

The situation sort of reminds me of how they bagged Marc Emery, a lot of orders from a specific area started getting snagged. Then they started talking to people that were receiving the seeds until they got enough people that would cooperate.

The package came in through Chicago

they did contact me and are going to be sending the order again... crossing my fingers.

As for the "stealth" it was not very stealthy. customs left the smaller seed envelope and bubble rap in the package.. they just removed the seeds and put it all back in. you could clearly feel something else in the package that was not t shirt... they should have just baggied the seeds and wrapped in the shirt without the envelope..

but hopefully I get the replacement order without it getting snagged.

So here's what happened. I ordered my seeds, with order insurance, and it wasn't delivered due to incomplete address; the zip code was off by one number, though it was correct on the otherwise identical billing address. My fault*. Whoops. It was then returned to them. After politely asking them to reship the order, I was told that they were "extremely sorry" but they could not reship because I inputted the wrong zip. But they offered to ship the order for free if I pay the entire retail price again. WHAT THE FUCK?! What kind of people do shit like this? What was the "insurance" for? The Attitude is the absolute worst. They do not deserve anyone's business. I'm honestly amazed they've managed to stay in business.

*Although I'm not sure how I would have accidentally typed '18' instead of '22'; I suspect one of their stupid employees typed the label incorrectly. But this is irrelevant. They have my money and my product. No legitimate retailer should conduct their business this way.
If you log into your account and look at the order you can see whether you "accidentally" put the wrong address or your "suspicions" of their fuck up are true. While I agree that you should not be charged again for the product, shipping charge is fair game. Working in the online industry, I've been accused numerous times of "changing" shipping addresses of customers while its their own lack of double or triple checking or lack of paying attention period that caused the issue.

Just an update from me.

I received my replacement order today untouched by customs. Came through Chicago.. I wont say exactly how. but the package was VERY well secured this time. Received my complete order and it only took 6 days... pretty good.
