Health Canada's Medical Pot Program Racks Up Millions In Costs As Approvals Fizzle

Surprise, surprise- Health Canada's obvious anti pot bias continues, while patients and providers are kept apart by an increasingly impenetrable thicket of vague and hidden rules.

Clearly, they need to be fired and replaced by another agency that's more interested in doing its job than making a political statement about it.

I just watched that CPAC video above and I must say, if legalization doesn't include allowing home grows, the BM will continue to thrive. This regulating the quality and quantity isn't going to fly....people like to get high and too much regulation isn't a good thing either...the kids are going to get their hands on it whether it's legal or illegal...just like alcohol...

That was a good article.

My main question is how does one do this: "New Age Medical Solutions Inc. asked a federal court judge to review its rejection in November after Health Canada said it had not hired a suitable quality assurance person."

Glad to see HC getting the flak they deserve. They are not acting in good faith and are purposefully incompetent. After reading the article I cant believe more groups arent seeking legal action.

It's a called a judicial review, ask your lawyer.

Sam has been fighting a long time for a chance to grow/sell mmj. It's now up to a judge, unless HC settles. From what I understand Sam and HC are in negotiation.

Itsme.
