This is kind of on topic because it involves working out.
I got this bump in my wrist and its sticks out when I bend my wrist.It hurts like hell when I do push ups or put any pressure on it.My grandmom said it might be a cyst.Has anyone ever had one of these?I read if you smack it with a dictionary it will pop lol.That didn't work though.So does anyone know a way to pop it without going to the doctor/hospital?

who else thinks climbing rope is a great strength building exercise? I dislike weights but love isometric exercises.

i just started working out like crazy i plan on getting
big as hell
now my diet is not so good, but i figuer as long as i work out i'll be fine in the long run, my goal is to have a shirt off summer ( next one after this one coming up 2011)
i was on a water only (as far a drinks go) diet
my question is can i drink diet drinks- they say 0 cal, 0 fat, 0 carbs
keep in mind i tend to go overboard i can drink a whole 2lt by myself
is the = to drinking water
diet a.w. root beer is the best ever cant taste the differant

i swear i feel something like that growing on my inner upper leg but it does not push on the skin you have to rubb it to feel it - i have been plainning on going to a doctor to find out what it is it kind of feel like a lump but under my skin, my moms has lupus so i am kind of scared

I suggest you don't drink diet cola. IMO it's worse than the real thing. they have a poison called aspertame that is terrible for you.

If you have to drink something besides water, go with a juice of some sorts. I LOVE cranberry juice, drink it straight out of the bottle.

Another thing ( speaking of drinks ), buy whey protein if you haven't already. It's #1 thing a lifter should buy... protein FTW! :D

yeah i was doing this but i took to a more natrual protein like chicken breast and steak
1 hard/soft boiled egg has 4-6g of protein

+ food gives me that full feeling over a shake and + the shakes were fucken up my guts, they gave me the blow outs (very loose shit)

however you get the protein is fine just make sure your getting enough of it..that is the number one thing

also if your diet is bad maybe you should get some muli-vitamins to try and help nourish your body

i am working out again. I did the p90x thing for a while and it worked. Now I am just heading to the gym every day and working one group and doing 30 of cardio. I noticed results even faster than p90x doing this i swear. But i am admittedly an excitable dude. So maybe I am full of it. But I am seeing some damn suprising results. Nice to be able to move kinda strong again. Feels good to lose some gut.

Lol, but what I really want is a goddamed six pack. I frickin cannot do that shit. I swear I work it all. Nothing.

Right now I am eating right and doing weight lifting stomach excercises. Like machines and about four every session. Once or twice a week. We will see.

Oh yeah. I do one or two muscle groups a day. Four excercises per group. 8 rep sets. Three of those.

I take three creatine ethyl ester pills before every workout. I listen to the tvs at the gym while I do cardio so I can go farther.

It must be. I was doing two of the p90x ab routines back to back. Now I use machines with weights. Still nothing. So I am trying to cut back. But Shit what else is there. Plus food is so damn good. lol. :)

been doing this for a month

day 1
arms, shoulder, innerabs, 45min bikes

day 2
chest, back, outerabs, 45min run (tredmill)
