Heat Issues, PLEASE HELP A NEWBIE

Hello RIU. I am just starting my first cabinet grow and I am having some temperature issues right off the bat !! Here is the skinny:
Cabinet Size: Each Chamber is 36"W X 36"H X 18"deep. As I have just sprouted these little one's I only have them under 26W CFL's (6 of them). Total wattage is 156watts.
Intake/Exhaust: One 50cfm fan coming in and One 50cfm going out into 4" ducting through a cold air vent into the crawl space under my house.
Here is the problem: With the lights on and the fans running, my temps are sitting around 92 - 94 degrees !!!!!! Is this an intake or an exhaust issue? If this is a problem now, what about when I change to 42Watt and 65Watt bulbs? It is going to be WAY TOO HOT !!
I do have a 6" in-line fan that I purchased but need to build it into a box before I hook it up as currently it would be too noisy. It is 250cfm and when I did hook it up preliminarily, it didn't seem to be sucking the way I thought it would? I had it on the 4" line in the crawl space and then fed in to a DIY Carbon Filter and it didn't seem to push the air at all??
Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated. The sooner the better cause I am going to roast these little bastards !!!!

YES! it is because you are using an intake and an exhaust the same size!
if you take your intake fan and put it at the top of the box as an exhaust and make a passive hole it will get alot better!
i had the same prob with the same mistake..

Now that the Cabinet is built, in place and the duct work hooked up, it would be a BITCH to start making changes, what if I were to restrict the intake by 1/2 and leave the exhaust as is, would that help do you think?

if you just take the intake fan out and leave at as a passive hole the temps will go down.. if you add the fan as an upper exhaust it will get the temps even lower..
but don't use a fan for getting air inside.. use a passive hole..
