Heat Probs, any tricks?

Hey ppl. I'm having some bad heat probs. My intake and exhaust are up at max speed and ive got some fans blasting at the lights and have moved the ballasts out of the room. Without spending much more money is there anything I can try to drop the temps since the weather has gotten a fair bit warmer? Oh the temps have gone from 76f to 90.1f

whats the size of your grow and light setup? do you have air conditioning available to keep the ambient temp of where you pull your intake air from more stable?
