I need some advice please......I put a spindley 1 ft clone straight onto 12/12..(first ever grow)...that was just over three weeks ago.

Although Im not complaining, but its now its 140cm....buds all over and only a foot of the lamp

Its a 600 watt set up with no cool light. I canot lift the light any further up. and am not sure what to do...should I teather/ anchor the top????...will it continue to grow at this rate....its doing 6-7 cm a day and is showing not signs of slowing down, even though its well into bud.

Any ideas please????......in terms of feeding its only getting 4 mill over two feeds of bio-bizz bloom stimulator, and thats it....

cheers

Jap,...Simply take some string and tie close to top of your plant and pull down and tie it off. Be careful not to pull down to much and break your main stem. I find it's best to tie off at a 45 degree angle

The stretch normally occurs for the first 3 weeks or so, so hopefully you should be towards the end of it. If your plant gets much taller, you still have the option of LST (ie: tying it down).

If you do tie the plant down, try to make it bend in several places, with the aim of getting as many bud sites as close to the light as possible. This will increase your yield considerably, so you may want to consider it even if you don't run out of height.
