Height problems

starting to worry about the height my plant may reach, it's 17" at 28 days old it's still in pre flower. I'm thinking of tying down the top cola 90 degrees just to loose the vertical height the side branches are a few inches behind so I'm hoping for a flatter canopy making my circulation system more even and a shorter plant, I'm worried the centre cola is just going to shoot up and the side branches are going to loose a lot of light. It's a creamatic royal queen, it's looking amazing i just don't know whether to pinch the centre cola and super crop or just tie it over like LST. Or is it too late for either here's photos of how she looks now. Any techniques you guys could help me with would be appreciated

Pinch just below your top cola don't pinch it off, pinch just enough to bend it over like you say 90 degrees

So you think super cropping would be better than tying the top down ? I was going to tie the top down as far as possible then spread the side branches out so I have an even canopy, even when I super crop do I tie the top down that's been broken to stop it straightening out ?

I don't like having string or wire all over the place round the pot makes for a messy grow room I used a net this time to keep the plant as low as possible I had to supercrop mine last night so she would stay under the net but this plant is a monster she repaired over night and it looks like I didn't even supercrop lol

Have you thought about topping or fimming it? I believe super cropping causes the most stress of most training methods.
