Help 124 its like the fucking sun in my room

fucking 1000w mh lol my grow room is 124 deg. with the door shut and 89 door open with a fucking huge fan blowing at it how can i help to combat this ?

Pull lots of air through the light...or the room...you will need to move a lot of air to drop that high of a temp..

do you have specs on the room or pics ?? a MH should not get that hot unless you have no ventilation.

im moving shitloads of air lol im thinking about cfl`s when im not around to watch them i have to keep the closet door closed when im not in my room.
p.s the room is 2x3x7 i know way small huge light lol

do you any vent setup at all? the stale air HAS to have somewhere to go. ie. out window, into attic.

yes its vented with the door open and window open and a huge fan when the door is closed its no vent at all i will get some pics asap

p.s is too much air over a plant bad for them I.E stress ? the fan makes my mom makes her shake like the devil is inside her
