HElp...3rd week of flower, timer broke, Lights came on 1 1/2hrs later then normal.

Okay i am in my 3rd week of flower, my timer broke and the Lights came on 1 1/2hrs later then normal.

I dont know how this will affect my timing.

I have them on 12/12 starting a 9am. I wasnt able to turn the lights on until 1030am. I have them shutting off at 1030pm.

I bought a new timer and plugged the lights into it, should i set the timer back to my original time of 9-9pm.

Also does anybody know about light stress. I know to keep my flower room closed when the lights are off but, what if some light gets to them when you open a door for less then a minute... Basically how long does it take for light stress to set in.

Your fine, just get em back on thier schedule, and don't fret it

My understanding is that any light at all while they are sleeping is a VERY VERY bad thing. Simply put... don't open that door.

You would be wrong, mine grow in an unsealed area right next to my TV in my livingroom

As riddle said, just get them back on their normal schedule and they'll be fine.

wud up bro..hey i just got a tent in my room and when the lights go off im usually watching tv or something so a little light from the tv gets into the tent..is that all bad or should i not worry about it? im in veg so im not worried right now but when flower comes i will be unless people tell me its not a big deal..

does not hurt em at all my tv is 2 feet from my plant, I harvested in Jan, she is re-veggin now and there was no sign of hermie, stress whatever!

Cool, thanks guys! I will give them 12hrs today and then start them on there normal schedule.

I heard somewhere that the plants can take the incadescent and cfl light for about five mins before stressin.

i just have a 60 watt bulb in the hallway sometimes the light is on when i open the door but i close it super fast so i am guessing the light is 15ft away.

i use a green cfl for work in my room when the lights are off

i doubt there are any serious issues just put it back on the right schedule and sit back & watch. good luck on the finish
