help and ideas

okay so im figuring out what im gonna be doing for my summer grow tent project i got about half the money so im just collecting thoughts and ideas before i begin the project.

now im looking into the medium size grow ten OR the mother tent any feed back should i keep the hieght in the medium instead of the length in the mother keeper?

and for light wise im stuck between

the electricity bill is a consideration..

I'd definately go with the hps over the fluros anytime. Fluros work great for veggin, but come time for flowering, nothin beats an hps. Keep in mind, that a 400 watter will only effectively light a 3x3area. Also, look into an air cooled hood, they're like $38 extra from htg, and of corse u gotta get the fan and run ducting, but it will save u headaches from the temps in the long run.

so i need like a 600 watt setup?
like i wanna go with the HPS but is so much more expensive if i had to would the 4 ft setup up work? or would i need 2 of them for that size tent?

for ur lighting situation it depends- How big's the tent u plan to use andhow many plants? If it's more than 3x3 and it's more like 4x4 then ya u'll want the 600w setup. The hps's are expensive, I thoght they were rediculous when I started, but believe me, they more than pay for themselves in nugs with every harvest. The fluro setup would work if ur really strapped for cash, but it won't be able to produce the nuggage that the hps would.
