i dont know what is going on????

ok i have a plant that is entering her 6th weeks into flowering but i have a serious bugs infection and the top leaves are turning yellow. the plant grew some pretty good buds as you can see on the pictures. i was gonna let it flower for at least 8 weeks but the fan leaves are getting damage real bad i dont know how to fix it and plus i dont want these bugs to get to my baby. so you look the pics and tell me if it is good to take down or should i try to keep the bugs under control.

but my real question since so many white pistils turned orange do ya think it would be a good idea to let the plant grow until the end of the week and cut it down. help!

when did the leaves start turning? looks like it had been turning prior to this week...other than that could be a major change in the nutes? what size pot? light? water source? Grow medium? try to rule out the most obvious...need more info
