HELP! brown spots and down curled leaves

Ive got a bunch of clones that are about 3 weeks old and at first it was a couple but now its most of them that are starting to show signs. There are brown spots on some but not anywhere near all leaves and there are a handful in the whole bunch that have a leaf curled down and i have also pulled 3 leaves that were crispy. I was thinking fusarium wilt but i need other opinions asap please. Ph is always between 6.1 and 6.3 and i use cal mag, liquid karma, flora nova grow and floralicious. I use air stones in the water for 24 hours with food also. I am stuck, what can it be and how do i fix it. Thank you everyone!

What kind of water are you using, tap water? If so, do you know what's in it?

I just got out of this rabbit hole recently, myself. Turned out it was my well water, not so much because it's hard but what is in it that makes it so hard. If you use tap water and have scaling on your faucets then that same scaling (salt buildup) is building up inside of your soil, interfering with your roots and pH. In fact, I only even noticed it was an issue this time because I used clones instead of seedlings. Clones were using rootplugs and you could see the scaling starting to build up on the rootplugs. Started using RO water from the water machines and things fixed themselves right up within a few days.

Look into your water and lay off the nutes a bit until things get sorted out.

Will take that into consideration. Idk whats in the water. But i dont have amy sort of buildup whatsoever in my cubes or dirt or anything. My toilet has a tiny bit but other than that its not an issue in my household. I was also thinking mag defficiency because they are in a soiless 70% 30% mix of cocoa and perlite and have been using a little less than the minimum dose of cal mag.. So that may be it as well. Gonna try that first i think then switch water if i dont see results

Look at what's in your water first before you add more CalMag. This definitely looks like lockout to me, especially with how small they are. Salt build up shows more severe signs in seedlings/clones as opposed to larger plants because the root-mass is smaller and can't take the same punishment larger root-masses can. Salt build ups essentially choke your roots, so clones/seedlings will show symptoms before larger plants do.

They're 3 weeks old, which means 3 weeks of that water being poured into the coco. Coco absorbs the water (and everything in the water) like a sponge. So if you have too many minerals in the water you're using (calcium, iron, etc) then once the water is gone whatever calcium, iron, etc. that doesn't get used by the plants roots begins to build up in the form of salts. After enough time, they will build up and begin choking your roots out and even causing pH fluctuations. Trying the CalMag will likely just make things worse. Excess minerals in water is no different than excess nutrients in water. Whatever the plant doesn't use remains in the medium as salt build up.

Change your water, don't water until the pots feel light when lifted, and lay off the nutes for a week or two until new growth shows signs of improvement. Fortunately they're still in smaller pots so it should only take one or two waterings to produce results.

You have a ca/mg issue (brown spots)
The leaf that’s turning down, is saying N toxicity. Or it’s the start of a bad phosphorus deficiency.
Full plant pics , with no hps or led light , could help pin pointing the issue .

I think you are right my friend. Because i have noticed that ky flowering plants dont have as big of buds as usual and my clones are small at 3 weeks and i HST so they should be way bigger. Ill change my Mg intake if this doesnt work but i think it may..

Ive kept my ph at 6.1 to 6.3 and i just read that cal mag is locked out between 2.0 and 6.4

So im gonna boost my ph and see what happens. I just talked to my landlord aboht our water and there shouldnt be any salt buildup or any other mineral buildup so i will wait to switch my water.

I wish i had a soil tester because i did half in soil and half in cocoa perlite 70 30 and it seems like the plants in soil are doing better than the others. I think i am starting to see a little bit of an ossue but not much. These plants have much thicker stalks and bigger healthier leaves and they are the same age and 3 times the size

I AM SUCH AN IDIOT!!!

I started using airstones about a month and a half ago and what i would do is make the food in each of the 3 containers i keep my nutes in and ph everything (all while the airstone is doing its thing) and usually i would feed my flower room right away. Then i would feed my mothers, then the veg plants but usually the latter 2 wouldnt get fed til that night or the next day. My containers are sealed and ive never had ph change from food sitting for 24 hours. But ive also never used AIRSTONES. I decided to check the ph again (i had just ph'd water and no nutes from night before) to see if it read the same because maybe my meter needed a new electrode. It read almost 8! And i knew for a fact that i ph'd that water. So i did a little 10 minute ph test with the airstones in the water and what do ya know, my plants were nute locked because i wasnt ph'ing my water after the airstones did their thing. Thats why only some of the plants showed it, because the only ones i was in a hurry to feed was the flowering plants. It has been about 24 hours since i flushed the plants with good water and i came out this morning and you can see the difference like it was night and day! Ive got new growth EVERYWHERE. Glad it wasnt something huge
