Help Bubbleponics

I just built one and started some clones this morning. I got a 2 gallong paint bucket and lid at home depot for $4 and spray painted it black to keep light out. I bought 6 neoprene inserts at the hydro store for a buck each. I used an old aquarium air pump I had in the garage and bought a 6 inch long air stone at the pet store for about $5. I placed the neoprene inserts on top of the bucket lid and evenly spaced around and traced them with a marker. Then I cut them out with a box cutter (be careful) a little bit smaller than the actual outline so they would fit in snug. I drilled one hole on the side of the lid for the air tubing and another in the middle of the lid for exhaust. Make sure you put the air pump higher than the bucket or the water will siphon back into the pump if the power goes out. You can also get a check valve at the pet shop for a couple bucks. As for nutes, that's up to you. I use one ml of humbolt nutrients "oneness" and one ml vitamin B1 per gallon. 2 gallons filled it up almost to the top allowing the roots to be under water enough for rooting.
