Help! Can i do this?

ok so i like doing small grows but i have to move and i thought id see what id could get...

so i want to put my plants into 12/12 early and harvest early (well have to..)

heres my grow journal

What im asking is by June 5th(ish) could i get any amount of bud off my plants that are at day 17veg
and if there is what is the best way to do it?

(also adding another 60 watts to my grow soon)

Start 12 /12 asap because its like picking fruit, you dont wanna pick it too early or it wont be as potent
