Looks like the same that was happening to me. What soil are you using? Looks like they are suffocating and your lights are too far away.

miracle grow sphagnum peat moss. the light is about two inches from the plant. its a regular light bulb which seemed to work. i moved it for the pictures.

You have a lot of things going on like; the soil you're using isn't draining well because by you watering everyday the plant wilts. I also see that you have a nitrogen deficiency by looking at the tips of the large water leaves that are yellowed. I would re-do my soil and add perlite so that it will drain better and buy some supersoil. Mix the SUPERSOIL,PERLITE AND SOME BLOOD MEAL and water for your next plant.

you have nute burn and a light bulb is no good at least get a couple 6500k cfl's the daylight 26 watt 4 pack is like $10 at lowes or walmart.what is your water ph? and there over watered are there drain holes in that pot? how often do you water?

yes there are drain holes. and about everyday. the drain holes drip to the bottom of the pot and then get sucked back up as the soil dries up.

listen you either need to move these plants outdoor to get sunlight, or invest into some real lighting or even CFL's as someone mentioned earlier. Once you address this issue then you should start reading, and learning what the other problems are, and addressing them.

And you saying your PH is IDEAL, isn't convincing enough to me that its ideal if your growing under a incandescent light bulb, and overwatering your plants.

That's nutrient burn. Are you adding fertilizer to it? You shouldn't be in it's state. And an incandescent bulb will not work, johnny is right, you need 6500k cfl's, a few of them.

He doesn't need to be adding fert for nute burn, he already stated he is using miracle grow, and by the looks of that plant its overwatered, and usually if you overwater miracle grow soil, your going to get Nute burn.

Not to mention probably having the light 2-3 inches from the plant gave it Heat stress if its a normal incandescent light bulb

I would tell you to read the FAQ's but they're not working for some reason. You should do some research.

Not you below0.

the water that is put in the plant is ideal on the ph scale. idk how to test the soil or anything. i have a kit and i test it every time i water it. i give it about one bottle of water a day. however today i gave it two because i thought it wasnt enough water. is there any way to get rid of the water? or should i just not water for a while and see if it gets better?
