Help Canada, Ontario. I'm suffering

My family doctor said, he couldn't help me. Told me to find a sympathetic specialist who would fill my medical marijuana, and to relay that doctors contact info back to my doctor.
Until then I self medicate, swelling ankle discomfort from a broken bone, insomnia 12hrs shift work switching days to nights.

Is there someone that can point me the way? / where do I start.
