Hello to everyone! greetings from Argentina, i decided to make some investment and buy some cobs , here in Argentina there is no reseller of cree or bridgelux, so i have to buy them in the US, the only driver that i can get here , is the Mean Well HLG-240h-c700A, voltage output max is 357 v.
The "panel" will be used for flowering stage.
The space grow is 2x2 meters, i dont want to fulfill this space now, because i cant spend that amount of money, so i am going to start buiying 1 driver and 6 cobs.
So, based on the driver that i can buy, i have seem some options, most of them are 50v cobs , so i can install 6 of those, Vero 29 Gen7 , Luminus cxm22 gen 3 or citizen clu048/058.
The most important to me is to save some dolars, so the luminus cxm22 at 20 bucks is a very good option, the thing is, what would you choose? i am lost in the part of selecting the CRI(i know, i have to read more) and the colour, a mix between 3000k and 3500k is the best choice?.
Also , a grower from here who is using vero 29 told me that vero 29 c with 72v is a good option and i can get more wats, only using 4 of them (72v*4=288v) and the price is 30 bucks each.
anyway, if i compare prices the options are:
6 vero 29 at $24 each ,cost $144 total
4 vero 29 C at 30$ each,$120 total
6 luminus cxm22 gen3 at $20 each, $120 total
6 Citizen clu048-1818 - $24 each , $144 total
What config do you think will be the best?
