Help choosing strain...

I am planning an outdoor grow for next year in the North Eastern United States. What would be a good strain for me to grow. I am looking strictly for quality. I want something that will grow well outside with little maintenance. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Not many of us grow outdoors anymore.... ESPECIALLY in the Northeast. Between bugs, and thieves, you're WAYYYY better off growin indoors, either in dirt or Hydro.

Good Luck!

I've never grown outdoors but from what I've heard Durban Poison is easy to grow outdoors. I'd like to grow it indoors but I've heard it just grows too damn fast.

haha! Become one with the strain! Good shit Cannabox!

IMHO, what I'd do is just get a mixed outdoor pack like oh I dunno, Attitude (Sativa) and try'em all out... it's only like $40 for 5 seeds! Give'em all a shot next year and the one that likes your care giving and affection is the one that'll let you know by growing the strongest... then you know what strain has favored you as their master.. or grower I mean!

Forgot to mention this is the tactic I used and actually JUST got my seeds in the mail an hour ago... in addition to the freebies they sent and my other pick and mix I have 10 strains for only 60 bucks... so I'm picking my best couple or more if worthy canidates for my perpetual SOG... So I will prolly grow all 10, clip a few clones off each and flower them right away to see if they have the characteristics I'm looking for... if a strain doesn't, then I'll keep the mothers I like, and flower the ones that don't pass and then I'm in business...

Shit... just realized your outdoors... mmm... well, also just keep reading other's journals!! Many have done it, see what's worked best for them!
