HELP!! DEFORMED PLANT?!?! w/pic

the pic is up side down. notice that the leaf fan has 4 leaves instead of five?? What am i doing wrong or is it the plant itself.

This exact thing happened to me, it was my healthiest plant though. I dont think it is anything serious, couldnt say for sure goes I ripped him when I saw his balls
