Help diagnose plant problem

ok i started a few seeds a few days ago the first ones started sprouted about 2 1/2 weeks ago, they were doing fine and one still is but the other slowly became unhealthy as it grew, can any one tell me what i might be doing wrong.


the soil is home made but i don't think its the problem cuz all the other potted plants are doing fine, i am using 2X85w 6500k cfl 2x14 w 6400k mini tubes to veg 4 plants, i feed them once a week (manure tea, mop,multi vit)
and water 2wice a week

this is the sick one , its leaves are curling its getting lighter in color and its falling behind in hight, ( two sprouted on the same day)

have you given them a good watering?
doesn't look that bad, just a little stressed out.

yep i make sure to check moisture every like 9 hours

You might have a "hot spot"in your soil. What's the ph of your soil?
I would recommend transplanting it into a pre mix or you own mix, just mix it more thoroughly
