I would assume over watering based on the size of the container. If you have more seeds i would start them off in solo cups first until they are like 4-5 inches tall.

u using any nutes at moment and what fans u using. the pots seem to be big for such small plants. im thinking u cracked seeds and put straight in to big pots. which would take longer for root systems to grow. i would of started them off under the the cfl in smaller plastic/or polystyrine cups. giving them root stimulator like formulex. then repotted in to them in a few weeks.

yes yall are right i put the seeds straight in the big pots. i have a rotating fan in there to keep air blowing on them, and exhaust fan and a fan hooked up to the light pulling the hot air out of it. i fed them once with root stemulant (general organics) and a little biothrive the 2nd week and im just thinkin i accidently fed them to early which might of caused the leaves on a couple plants to brown like that, just wanted yalls opinions. i highly doubt ive over watered them though

Make sure you keep that 600 way above them, let them dry out and be patient.
With that big of pots it will take a while b4 you start seeing any top growth. What type of soil are you using?

With plants that small in big pots it is easy to over water cause the plant cant use up enough water to dry the roots any so therefore they stay constantly wet. When you water, try just watering in the immediate area around the plant and letting soil dry b4 next watering. If youre using a hot soil(fertilized) then you have to be extra careful cause every time you water you end up feeding plants.

Yep start off in a smaller pot and your plants are showing nitrogen deficiency, see how the lower leaves are yellowing thats because your plant is taking nitrogen from them and using it to survive.. with a seedling I start giving nutes slow like 1/4 strength or 150 PPM or so.

I did the same thing with mine straight into big pots it took about 5 weeks then mine went from 5" to 18" high and just as big around as tall in 10 days so just hang in there and they will grow.

right on thanks for all yalls input, it all makes sense. im using organic made with peat its not "hot" at all. ill just water around the plant and hold off on any nutes for a week or 2.

Yes you did burn them when you put the nutes and root stimulant in the soil. Your too keen and rushing things, leave under cfl till about 4" and dont feed until you notice the bottom leaves starting to yellow. I dont expect the burnt ones to recover so start germinating more.

It might be just me but I dont use those lights until they are one foot tall. I use a t5 up until then seems a lot of heat and light for a baby. What do you other guys do?

I veg all my plants under a T5, just cheaper and easier that way for me I dont use my 1000W HPS until 12/12.. I agree though seedlings and cuttings should be under a fluorescent for a little bit.
