could someone posts a few pics of good light setup with reflectors. thanx

Heres one on the cheap but efficient side

Cut Strips of 1/4 plywood 4 inches wide (legnth and width dependant upon cabinet dimentions) drill holes to accomodate sockets, cut 4 inch long 1x1 for corners, attach strips to 1x1s in a box or rectangle shape with nails or screws. Mount light sockets to fixture, wire in series, cover with a piece of sheet aluminum for reflective properties hang in room with rope or chain from the 1x1s with cup hooks and raise or lower as needed. Cost: Wood for frame (found or $10.00) 8x light sockets with screw on bezel ($2.00 ea) lamp cord ($3.49) chain or rope (3.00) cup hooks (dollar store) the light bulbs cost more and are heavier than the fixture itself and it is efficient as well as inexpensive.

Wow adds new meaning to hot mess but as long as it works and dont burn the place to the ground
Trust me, It works very well! Good airflow and extraction is vital but I can touch those bulbs with no problem :-) Make sure you take care with wiring, tighten everything up. I've been doing this for over 12 years and never had a problem but I'm not complacent, check all wiring regulalry is good advice.

Heres the cab:-)
