I have seen this caused by two things. Over fertilisation, or the ph level of your water is too high. hope this helps.

currently running 1300ppm i just recently flushed the media... because it was getting to 1800ppm... my ph is kept between 5.8-6.0

I was thinking Nutes too... how long has it been since you flushed?
The damage may be done, but they still look really nice. You should be fine once you clean and refill your water tank.

Not positive, but i think the PH should be a tad higher (6.8ish...)
