Help help help please quick!!!!

help here is pics of plants...3 weeks olf had spider mites, at this time i was moving them outside for sun then back in side, sprayed neem oil on them, then waterered them one time, with foxfarm veggie and 1 8 oz cup of water, they started burnin, everyone told me fert burn wash 3 gallons of water throught the buckets, there were 5 gallon buckets, then i puled them out of the buckets put them in 15 gallon buckets, and the roots were nice and white but at the bottom of the five gallon buckets in the drainage rocks, havent done nothing to them except kept them under my flour lights since, waiting for them to recoup, please let me know if you got advice, and what you think the problemn is, last night i sprayed 2 plants on leaves follar feed with the foxfarm veggie, seeing if its a nitro def, no results yet thanks
NEED ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT, WHAT DO YOU THINK THE PROBLEM IS THANKS

foliar feed them a little nitrogen.

It looks like lock out considering the random rust spots on the leaves. If the roots are damaged from overwatering, or in your case being hydro, lack of aeration, this could be a contributing factor. Your PH could be way off, roots not getting enough oxygen thus rotting and unable to uptake sufficient nutrients, and or salt buildup from chemical nutrients.

6-4-4 is a good solution, see if the ones you foliar fed show any improvement or atleast strong new growth

id foliar feed them all but i understand you did it to only 2 so you could have a control and experimental group

i say if there wet let them dry, and maybe foliar feed.

but if the two you sprayed dont improve it could be nitrogen lockout or something worse
