Dear OP,
Stop stressing the plant out if you would like to keep whatever the plant has left to offer, let it finish and vacuum anything you don't like seeing, you can back it away slightly from the light if its really stressed.

-No more chuck norris spidermite fluid!
-No more super advanced tasty bud flush!
-No more ultra snowboost PK infact no more foliar feeding too!

Just use a small/medium amount of nutes to finish or leach it out if the medium still got nutes, let her finish because at this point any type of chemical stress will fuck it up.

I thought I read that you are to take and use a cutting during the Veg. stage, but I guess you're telling me now, that's bullsh*t too, lol.
Should I add A.N Sensi Grow A&B back into my normal feeding of Sense Bloom A&B, Big Bud, B-52 and Overtime or would that be Nitrogen overload? I was thinking that maybe it would help heal the dry leaves and start some new growth to fill in all the leaves that died. If so, should I change the light schedule or keep it at 12/12?
When it's time, should I just harvest the top 2/3rds and maybe reveg the bottom 1/3 with a different light schedule? The bottom third would have about 14 nodes or is that actually referred to as 7 pairs of nodes. Is that good or would I want to chop it up higher for some more nodes? Any higher and they are normal buds, not like the lower ones which are popcorn sized and smaller.
You can take a cutting in flower. Look up monster cropping.

I use captain jacks spinosad for pest and it kills mites.

Sugar leaves absorb only use a fraction of light that fan leaves do. Cutting or killing fan leaves hurts yield a lot.
Thanks for info, I was lucky because the are no bugs that I see anymore, and all the fan leaves fell off in the last couple of weeks before harvest, so I have some nice size, on the plant.

There aren't anymore bugs, so the alcohol(chuck Norris fluid, lol) was only used that one time.
I never foliar fed her at all, I just asked about it.
Can you tell me how I can tell if the soil still has nutes? This is my first grow.
By small/med. amount of nutes, do u mean a quarter/half of the amount of all the nutes I was giving?
Since there are only flowers and only a few fan leaves left, it is taking longer for the soil to dry out.
Thanks in advance.

Shit id imagine alcohol being the best spidermite killer ever... Taking half the plant with it at the same time lol.

If you've feed anytime within the last 2/3 waterings then youve probably still got nutes in the soil, since the plant is ripening without much foliage it will start to take very long to dry.

Imo, water only and try not to give too much because its drinking slow.

SPLFreak, lol yeah a small side effect is that you're left with an emaciated plant.
If I just water and still get tinted runoff water, how do I know if it's old nutes or tinted from the soil?
Oh yeah when the soil dries, I notice a whitish color on the Smart Pot. Is that salt buildup, and if so is there anything I should do at this point? Thanks.

id monster crop it since its in late flower. cook up or hash out the tops. reveg the bottom buds. you have a full bush in less than a month of vegging
Since I'm new to this can you PM me or reply here, explaining in laymen's terms how I would go about chopping(where to chop) to harvest and I think you are talking about monster cropping the bottom(to reveg). Would I dry, cure and smoke the top buds or not? Why would I "cook up or hash out" the tops if they are smoke able? Besides, what is "cooking up or hashing out"? I think Kief is just the dried trichs, screened out using a grinder and the freezer, maybe. Thanks in advance.

i wasn't sighing because you were asking a lot of questions, i was sighing because you asked one particular question.
flushing is a sore subject around here. some people believe its a good idea. i'll try to be kind. those people are misinformed, and possibly deluded, and shouldn't be allowed to make decisions without an adult. figuring out which side of the argument i'm in favor of?
what science there is confirms that "flushing" isn't only useless for its intended goal, its detrimental to late flower development.
if you ask, i'll go into detail.

Okay roger, Roger. I gotcha. The last week(or two) b4 harvest, should I do anything else or just reduce nutes? Should I change lights to 11/13, so the trichs can possibly replenish in the dark? I heard, lol, that buds grow in light and trichs grow in the dark. Lastly, for this post lol, is the complete darkness for the last 48 hrs before harvest worth it? Thanks again.

well, you might be able to harvest in stages, take the stuff on top, thats the most damaged, but also the ripest. let the stuff underneath that wasn't hit quite so hard ripen up a little another few days. if you damaged the trichs on the top layer, it may not be that great to smoke as it is, but you could still get some decent hash out of it, so it wouldn't be a complete waste. i'd make dry ice hash with the worst of it (easy process, search on riu).
if you decide to take the plant all at once, i like to cut the main branches off one at a time, cut them into the pieces i'm going to hang, do what trimming i'm going to do now, then hang that and go to the next branch. i throw out the big damaged/faded sun leaves, but i keep all that sugar leaf trim to make hash with.

a couple of people i trust here say they've compared plants put into darkness with plants that stayed on the regular schedule till the end and they couldn't tell any difference. i haven't tried it myself, i usually don't have a fair comparison, i usually end up growing one of each, not a whole tent full of one strain. i like variety

i never run what my nutes recommend, if i use the amounts they recommend for 2 or 3 feedings i start to get tip burn and claw on all but the hungriest breeds. they get about 60-75% all the way from veg through the stretch, then i push about 80% through most of flower, then when i think i'm about 2 weeks out, i give one last good feeding, i like a little extra K the last feed, think it helps em fatten up. then about 3 days out i quit giving them water.

thats what i do. you ask ten people here, and you'll get 12 answers

Roger, the top 2 feet of the plant is basically just the main stem with all the buds wrapping around it all the way to the top. So would I start at top and go down like 6 inches and cut just under a bud, so when I hang it upside down it has somewhere to hang on? Keep doing this every 6 inches until I reach the last foot where all the braches extend from the main stem? Now these branches have basically all popcorn and smaller to nothing ones which are already drying up and falling off. The ends of these branches are the only spots where there are nice size buds.

There are only sugar leaves on these branches except maybe one or two bad looking fan leaves. So will I even be able to reveg the bottom foot with the branches, by keeping it in the same pot and using grow nutes? Or even cutting something and trying to get it to root in a new small pot?

Harvest when you figure it's time. I stagger my harvests by taking about 1/3 of the plants from the top down then letting them go for another week or so to allow lower buds to ripen up and get a bot fatter before taking it all down.

I will have reduced nutes by just giving RO water for a week or so before chopping with soilless grown plants or taking some of the nutes out of my DWC tubs and replacing it with RO water and tiny bits of bloom supplements so the ppm is around 300 the last week or two.

i don't think i'd try to take cuttings. i'd try revegging. if its at all possible, leave some leaves on it. take what you're going to take off of it, then water it with just ph'ed water, and let it sit in the corner of the veg room, out of direct light if you can. let it dry out pretty good and give it ph'ed water again. when it dries out good the third time i'd give it 1/4 strength grow nutes, then water, then nutes, letting it dry out good between each watering. i've done this twice and it took 2.5 to 3 months before either did much of anything. they started to grow 3 fingered leaves, then some 1 fingered leaves, then back to 3, even 4, then back to 5, 7, even 9. i didn't reflower them, i just took as many clones as i could, and got rid of the stub that was left.
the clones grew like monster cropped clones, very bushy and short, even after the stretch.

just leave the bottom buds to grow back into vegetation. nothing much in end weight will be lost.

hashing is pretty vague cuz there's alot of ways to hash. dry kief is one yes. you also can use solvents to make a more pure form of THC. then there's rosin pressing too. rosin press is just squishing the thc out while warm. many teks explain in detail if you're interested but would require some hardware of sorts.

back to monster cropping. the buds on the bottom you left will go brown maybe and new growth will emerge over 2-6 weeks depending on how ripe it was when you harvested initially.

if you're satisfied with your plant then there is no need to cook it into butter or make it into hash.

Roger, is the stretch just the growth between nodes, and what controls when, and how much stretch takes place? I only have Sensi Grow A&B for veg, do I need anything else? This plant was vegged outside, so when trying to reveg indoors, what light cycle should be used? I'm on disability, so funds are low. When I flowered it inside I got just two 60w CFL's, that I was told by a guy at Advanced Nutrients, was low but would do the job, just not as well. I don't think I have any healthy fan leaves on the bottom branches, only like 6 left but they are all around the top cola.
What would tell me if I could reveg to flower, or only to make clones.(which I don't know how to do, by the way)
