HELP!!: I transplanted from aerogarden to soil and plants look bad

Okay, I grew three LR2 plants on the aerogarden for about 3 weeks. They looked fine and really healthy with the AG and the "Gourmet Herb" nute tabs that came with it. But when they got too big I tried transferring them to soil and one day later they are droopy, the leaves are dry, and they look bad all around.

Is this due to transplant shock? Will the plant get used to the soil eventually and then heal, or should I put it back into the AG for now?

As far as lighting, I was using the 3000 lumens (1500 each) AG full spectrum lights before, now I'm using Stealth Hydro's Dual Spectrum II's (8000 lumens) with the soil.

Im no expert but i was under the impression that you cannot switch from hydro to soil. Unless you clone from a mother in hydro and place the clone in soil during germination of clone and vice versa. In effect taking clone from a mother in soil and placing in hydro/aeroponic systems/propagators.
