Help!!! I'm so confused!!!

Ok so I have 3 auto Frisian dew plant going and 2 of them are growing really nice and are def happier than a pig in shit but the 3rd one is acting funny and is treated exactly the same as the other 2. Here's some pics of the one that is acting odd any help would be appreciated I don't wana lose this plant completely!! Thanks everyone!! I'll post a pic of the other 2 that are healthy n u can see a huge difference.

Your leafs look a little yellowish, look up online for a deficiency guide just to be sure. As for the holes it looks like you may have some bugs fucking your shit up, I can't even grow outside where I live because bugs will destroy them.

The leave are dry n brittle too the touch that's how the holes happened. All 8 of my other plants don't look like this n there all in a single group taken care of the same way the leave are just growing super small and have that rough crispness too them

There not white or any color but dark green. The new growth on top is obviously gunna have a lighter green tint too it than the rest. The leaves are brittle and have small bubbles on them and are curling at the ends down toward the ground. The leaves only grows too a point n then they stop n it forms a new set the biggest leaves on that plant are about the size of a 50 cent piece and no bigger

Anyone else have this problem at all? The rest of my plants are fine o don't get it
