HELP!? Is FFOF too hot to plant seeds in?

So i planted 3 seeds outside yesterday. I usually plant straight into the soil when i grow (never used the napkin/ziplock method). This is the first time im fucking with FFOF for seeds... I throw clones in it and its fine...

However i was wondering if the seeds i threw in the FFOF will be ok? According to the bag it says its perfect for seeds.....

Have any of you guys done this? With what results?

I do it all the time. Never had one burnt seedling.

Never had a problem with OF or HF

Same here - OF and HF are good, pricey, products.
