Help is my plant near/ready for harvest?

Hey! It is my first grow and my plant looks close to being ready, i don't have a trained eye yet of when to harvest.

I ready white trichomes is more uplifting and amber more body buzz couch lock sort of deal.

I was aiming for something on the middle of the two, ill upload picture of the plants state, help me measure/ball park it please!

Yeah i think that's all you're going to get out of that one...some amber trichs so chop her down anytime you want...slow dry it tho,slower the better

What is a good rule of thumb to know when i can harvest?
