Hi everyone, I just checked on my plants and I am 4 weeks into flowering (just) and I noticed two smooth balls INSIDE of my buds almost.. covered by a skin type thing.. i was able to take them out of the skin and when popped a white goo was inside. is this the first sign of hermie? there were only about 3 that I could find and they were only on TWO out of like 7 fem. plants.. they are feminised seeds so they could be dispositioned to hermie I guess. Does this sound like hermying to you and if so what should I do with those two plants?

dude those were most likely seeds polinated by another one of your plants
look around your plants to see if there is anything that looks like a bundle of bannas

Feminized seeds have a huge tendency to turn hermie. So, its either a hermie or you removed calyx's that were forming.

Thanks, it was basically a smooth white round shiny ball (way too big to be a seed) that was INSIDE a calyx. there was nothing else like it on the plant. should I kill them soon or just keep the plants? they were from GHS company and they are the only 2 doing it so far.. any reccomendations?

yeah hermies wont pollinate other plants im pretty sure. If it is even a male you still have along time till the balls will break open. Just watch it closely. That white goo was probably an underdeveloped pistil

I ain't never seen any white, gooey stuff on a plant or bud, male or female, in forty years of lookin'.
Any chance these could be insects?
No pics, eh?
Strange, IMO.

nah it happened to my white russian. Its when you pluck or squeeze an underdeveloped calyx. The white goo isnt really goo it just looks like it. Its the pistil inside.
