help. Leaves doing things ive never seen b4

i have 5 mazar plants 3 weeks in under a 400w hps lamp. i have 2 fans cirrculating air, both on low power. all of them are growing beautifully except for one which has very bizzar leaf twisting. the color is a strong green and looks extremely healthy, the leaves arent drooping. ive tried my best to search for the answer but i cant find anyone whos encountered this. any thoughts?

Dont even worry about it~! My White Rhino does that till its about 2 ft tall then starts to grow out of it. I think its looks really cool.

it also might be cabbage. should definitely look into that.
