What type of system are you using? Are these clones or from seed, and are they in rockwool? What type of light are you using and what are the temps in your grow area?
You need to give some more info before someone can answer your question

What is basic hydro? NFT, Ebb and Flow, Flood and Drain, DWC....? Variety of lights doesn't help either, 3 x 1000w HPS or 3 x 23w CFL (very big difference). Maybe your plants aren't getting enough light. Help me out here buddy if you want some help.

Not to sound like a douche or anything. Just a lot of people with no posts go on and try to solve all their grow problems by asking questions like this

Its a hybrid between an Ebb and Flow / Flood and Drain --- Lights: I've got 1x 150W Plant Grow Lite + 2x 40W Fluorescent + 2x 25W Compact Fluorescent Full Spectrum Natural Lite Bulbs (New Type of Bulb)

It looks like you may need to have your lights closer to your plants because they seem a bit stretched out. How old are your plants and have you started using any nutes? How often are you flooding your tray?

I've only given them one full dose of food, I burnt them a little on a small dose a little too early, so I was a little hesitant to feed again, they all took the full dose real well, but that one has remained dry. I usually water every 3 days.

I have never done a hydro system like yours, but what I know from a flood and drain is to have it pump on twice a day to flood the tray. I dont know what you mean you only water them every 3 days, maybe your nutrient solution in the res is too strong.

Bump up your humidity, 38% is a little low for a vegging plant, I like to keep it right around 60% for vegging and 25-40% for flowering.
