Help me figure out what is wrong? Has the problem been fixed?

So I am on about week 3 or 4.

A little background.
Rubbermaid container
I water when the soil is dry. ~ ever 2-3 days.
105w cfl (have 315w more, no place to put them)
FF-trio + calmag
20-4 light schedule
Started out using some walmart cheap-o soil, my ph was a bit high. I have since transplanted them to some MG soil (i know, it's all I have)

I think that it was just PH problems to begin with, but the MG soil is now at 6.5-7 so i should be good.

In the last album, is the purpleish new growth a bad thing? Or does it look like I have resolved the problem, and should be in the clear?
When should I start nutes? How much?
