When my leaves start doing that, it's the roots taking. In my experience that's a sign they've grabbed on. So hopefully your good to go:)
Just My personal experience with a similar situation, I may be very wrong.

Keep it up brother.

I've had clones take over a week to pop roots through the side of the plugs.

Be patient.

Soon you will start seeing small roots popping out. They will die almost instantly from the air and light hitting them because they aren't covered up... but you will see them

4 days isn't very long for cloning. you do have some air going into that plastic tub, right? When I used to clone in plastic-tub humidomes with cubes I'd set everything on the lid and place the dome over top, using something (e.g., lighter) to prop the lid open a bit and allow a little airflow.

cut any leaf growth of like that it could mould other than that they look ok,they have just been cut from a plants they made to grow roots they will wilt and look a little ill for a few days.

I also think you are misting too much twice a day for the first 4/5 days first thing in morning then once a day for same ammout of time then twice a week till they root they will take a little longer in winter than summer.

Also cut vents in the tub and have then open,or you may get mould
