is it possible to take a plant from outside and put under a 23w cfl light in a closet the plant is about 67cm high

yes it is possible, but you should get more light..

really yes you can but its not enough light

sorry its 6 to 7 cm

you'll still need more light if your trying a complete grow from veg to flower with cfl's
