Help me With my FoxFarm Needs Please...

Alright, in an Aeroponic system, what nutrient solutions should i use... I'm a total beginner, but any advice on how to feed my beautiful offspring would be appreciated. (I heard the foxfarm packages are good)
Please when giving advice, if you could give websites please, also would help...
