Help me with when to switch please

New grower first grow using a 300 watt spider farmer growing apple fritter stain and using fox farms fertilizers. I see a lot of tall more spread out pictures of plants in veg. My plants are staying very short with lots of growth. So more to the point I'm basically asking for confirmation that everything looks like it's going well and when I should put the flower I also plan on using trellis net

Depends how big your tent is. They say the size can double. Also, until you see preflowers, the switch won’t matter.
Maybe switch in 1-2 weeks
You could cut some of those bottom leaves off so they don’t touching the dirt.

Or bleached. 300w is a lot of light if it's too close to young plants. Could be responsible for shortness too. Plant doesn't want to be any closer to your light

How old is the plant? At what height away from the canopy is your light?
Plants are about 4 weeks. Beginning I was not supplementing fertilizers. Fixed that and now it's healthier. Light is currently around 24 inches at 65% power

This has been my major concern, new to growing and this light is newer and dose not have many guides on height so trying different things and not sure what to look for in the health of plant

There is a free light meter phone app called photone that can help you get some sense of how much light your plant is seeing. Not totally accurate but still useful. Veg plants will thrive on 300-500 ppfd. Your light no doubt has a dimmer too if adjusting height is difficult in your space.

If your running FF get it some grow big more nitrogen but don't go from not much to overload.
I have currently been using the all three bottles I believe is grow big,big bloom and tiger bloom. I'm using half the recommended dose should I only be using the grow big or is it okay to continue using all three on every other watering cycle I usually mixed up like 2 gallon use that all then do a 2 gallon of freshwater

Your plant looks good to me overall just looks hungry for more nitrogen, maybe some cal mag too. Its stout and short because you have a powerful light with probably more white than red, which is ok, you'll have tighter node space.

That's too much light I'd say. I have a clone of that light and it IS powerful!! Probably 36" and 50% power would be better for veg.

Just use the grow big until say 1 to 2 weeks before you flip. Don't mix your feeds ahead of time. Only mix what you will use for that 1 feeding. Keep your light at 28 inches away at 50 to 60%. It will start to stretch a little from moving your lights farther away. It's OK to thin some leaf if they are covering bud sties.

TBH I have used FF before but was tired of flush (salt build up). I changed to all organic and I love it. Good consistency and lots less trouble imo.
